Portal customization

Portal customization enables organizations to align the visual appearance and structure of their User Portal with their branding. All customization settings apply globally to the portal and are reflected immediately after updates.

Accessing Design & Content Settings

1. Open your Trello board

2. Click the Hipporello Power-Up button

3. Navigate to Hipporello Admin → User Portal → Preview & Customize

General Settings

Logo and Cover Image

Upload a logo and cover image to strengthen brand identity

Social Share Image

Define the image displayed when the portal link is shared

Color Scheme

Customize banner, buttons, and text colors

Banner Overlay

Adjust overlay intensity to improve readability

Favicon

Update the browser tab icon

Service Desk Name & Portal Language

Modify portal name and language

Domain Configuration

Update the portal URL or connect a custom domain

Homepage Layout

• Edit header titles and search placeholders

• Add social media links below the search area

• Customize how forms appear on the homepage

• Add form groups, articles, or announcements

• Add helpful links to the portal footer

All updates are visible instantly, allowing real-time preview and adjustments.
