Service Desk forms enable teams to collect customer or internal requests through a structured submission process. Each form submission automatically creates a Trello card, ensuring that every request is captured and tracked.
Create a Form

Choose from ready-made templates or create a new form tailored to your request types.
Customize Input Fields

Add custom fields to capture the exact data required for request processing. This ensures that each Trello card contains complete and relevant information.
Set Access Controls

Define who can access and submit forms to ensure only authorized users create requests.
Embed Forms on Your Website (Optional)

Forms can be embedded on websites or platforms such as Framer, Shopify, Wix, or WordPress. Each submission automatically creates a Trello card.
Notifications
When a form is submitted, relevant team members receive notifications so the request can be reviewed quickly.
Details Included in Each Card
Each Trello card generated from a form submission includes detailed submission information such as:
Requester details
Submission channel
Country and IP address
Browser information
Form field responses
For a complete overview, team members can open the card details and review all submitted data. Internal collaboration can be handled through comments within the card activity section.
Direct Communication
Teams can communicate directly with the requester from the Trello card using Hipporello’s in-card conversation module or by replying to notification emails. This centralized communication helps keep all discussions related to the request in one place.
