How to connect more than one Trello board to a user portal
Hipporello Service Desk allows you to connect more than one board to the same Service Desk Portal, which allows you to collect requests in different boards using different forms or emails.
If you want to have multiple boards linked to the same Hipporello Service Desk User Portal, you can connect these boards to the same service desk portal by following one of the 2 steps below:
Option 1
Go to the Trello Board you want to connect and add “Hipporello Service Desk” power-up and authorize the same way you did with the already created portal. Note that this connection works only if Trello board owners are the same.
After that, select your existing service desk user portal and click “Continue with the Selected” and it is done.
Now you can create new forms for the Trello Board you have connected and start collecting submissions in this Trello board using the same Service Desk User Portal.
Option 2
Go to your admin panel.
Navigate to “Connected boards” on the top of the menu on the left.
Click on “Connect new” and then “Connect new board”. Follow the next steps.
