Customizable User Portal for Jira
A User Portal is a dedicated website where end users can access and submit forms related to service requests, support inquiries, or internal requests. When users visit the portal, they see a clean interface that guides them to the right form and helps them submit the required information quickly.

Each form submission automatically creates a Jira issue, ensuring that every request is captured in a consistent, trackable workflow. This allows teams to manage requests inside Jira using projects, workflows, statuses, assignments, and SLAs if applicable.
The User Portal is also highly customizable. You can align the portal’s appearance with your brand, control who can access it, and decide how forms are presented on the homepage.
