User Portal Access Management
Access management is pivotal for controlling interactions with your marketing request portal, ensuring that only designated users or email domains can submit forms or requests. Implementing robust access policies establishes a secure, controlled environment conducive to efficient and secure operations. Here’s a streamlined approach to optimizing access management for your marketing request portal:
Streamlining User Access and Authentication:
In the admin panel, under “User Portal” > “Access” you’ll find comprehensive options to manage user interactions:

User Sign-in Management
Toggle the “Enable User Sign-in” setting to enable or disable portal login capabilities, allowing you to control and safeguard access to your portal.
Self-Registration
You can restrict access to your User Portal by allowing only specific email addresses or email domains. This ensures that only authorized users can access the portal, improving security and access control.
To configure this, click the settings icon and define the allowed email addresses or email domains.
Use the “Enable Self-Registration” setting to allow users to create their own accounts on the portal, or disable it to limit access only to invited users. This helps you control portal access according to your organization’s security and access policies.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Authentication
Offer seamless login experiences with SSO options like Google, Trello, and Microsoft, enhancing both security and convenience for users.
These features afford you the agility to tailor user access, ensuring your marketing request portal is both secure and user-friendly.
