User portal customization in service desk for Asana
Customizing your Hipporello User Portal to match your brand is simple and powerful. The platform allows broad control over the portal’s design and content. Keep in mind that these changes apply globally to the entire portal, not to individual forms.
Follow these steps to access Design & Content Settings and create a branded user experience:
Accessing Design & Content Settings
To access the Hipporello admin panel, go to admin.hipporello.com in your browser.
Then navigate to User Portal → Preview & Customize to open the portal design and content settings.
General Settings
Logo & Cover Image
Add your company logo to the header and a cover image to the background to strengthen brand identity.
Social Share Image
Define an image that appears when your portal link is shared on social media.
Color Scheme
Customize the portal’s color palette, including banner background, primary button colors, form titles, body text, and button text.
Banner Overlay
Adjust the banner overlay to improve readability, especially when using bright or complex background images.
Favicon
Update the browser tab icon to reflect your brand.
Service Desk Name & Portal Language
Change the displayed service desk name and set the portal language from this section.
Domain Configuration
Modify your portal address or connect a custom domain for a fully branded experience.
Homepage Layout
Header Customization
Edit the header title and the search box placeholder text to align with your branding.
Social Media Links
Add links to your social media profiles below the search box to boost engagement.
Form Title Customization
Edit how form titles appear on the homepage for clarity and brand consistency.
Form Groups & Announcements
Use the “+” button to add form groups, articles, or announcements.
Announcements are ideal for sharing important updates with users directly on the portal.
Footer Links
Add extra links in the footer section to help users easily navigate to other services or resources.
