Installing Hipporello on your Notion Database

Setting Up Hipporello Service Desk for Notion

Let’s go through the steps to set up Hipporello Service Desk with your Notion workspace.

Step 1: Begin the Setup

Go to hipporello.com, choose Notion and click the Get Started button to initiate the installation process.

Step 2: Choose Your Request Channels

Select how you would like to receive requests:

  • Forms

  • Emails

  • Or both forms and emails

This determines how submissions will be collected and converted into Notion items.

Step 3: Grant Notion Access

You will be asked to authorize Hipporello to access your Notion workspace.

This permission allows Hipporello to:

  • Create items inside selected databases

  • Sync submission data

  • Manage communication and notifications

Approve the required permissions to continue.

Step 4: Complete the Setup

Once authorization is complete, your Service Desk setup will be finalized.

You will be redirected to the Hipporello Admin Panel, where all configuration settings are managed.

Admin Panel Overview

Inside the Admin Panel, you can:

  • View your connected Notion workspace, and add a new one

  • Manage connected databases

  • Configure forms and email integrations

  • Customize your User Portal

  • Adjust access and security settings

Use the left-hand menu to navigate through all Service Desk configuration options.

Your Hipporello Service Desk is now ready to collect requests and automatically create items inside your connected Notion databases.
