Connecting Multiple Notion Databases to the Same Service Desk Portal

Hipporello Service Desk allows you to connect more than one Notion database to the same Service Desk User Portal. This enables you to collect requests into different Notion databases using different forms or email channels while keeping a single centralized portal for users.

If you want to link multiple Notion databases to the same Hipporello Service Desk portal, follow the steps below.

Granting Access to a Notion Database

Before connecting a new database, you must allow Hipporello to access the selected Notion page or database.

Step 1: Grant Access from Notion

  1. Open the Notion database you want to connect

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner

  3. Select Connections

  4. Find 1-Click Service Desk by Hipporello

  5. Click the three dots next to it

  6. Click Access selected pages

  7. Select the page or database you want Hipporello to access

  8. Click Save

This step allows Hipporello to read and create items inside the selected Notion database.

Step 2: Sync the Database in Hipporello Admin

  1. Go to admin.hipporello.com

  2. From the left menu, navigate to Connected Notion Databases

  3. Click the settings icon next to the connection

  4. Click Sync with Notion

The newly authorized Notion database will now appear in the list. You can select it and complete the connection process.

Once connected, new form submissions or email requests will create items in the selected Notion database.

Managing Multiple Databases Under One Portal

After connecting multiple Notion databases to the same Service Desk portal, you can:

  • Create different forms for each database

  • Route specific request types into different databases

  • Keep all user-facing forms under one unified portal

  • Organize operational workflows across separate Notion workspaces or databases

This setup is ideal for teams that want to manage different service categories such as IT, HR, marketing, or operations inside separate Notion databases while maintaining a single, consistent request submission experience.
