We’re excited to roll out a set of new features designed to make ticket management faster, and more secure at Hipporello Service Desk especially for teams working across multiple tools and users. 

Here’s what’s new: 

Smarter Ticket Actions from All Tickets

  • Create a New Ticket from All Tickets

When you’re reviewing tickets in the Admin Panel, sometimes you realize something new needs to be created on behalf of a client right away. Now, you can create a brand-new ticket directly from the All Tickets view in the Admin Panel, without navigating to your Trello board, Asana project or Notion database. This improvement helps create tickets where you can already see all the tickets and do your followups. 

This is especially useful for support teams and operations managers who live inside the Admin Panel > All Tickets view.

  • Delete tickets easily directly from the Admin Panel

With this update, you can now delete tickets in the form of Trello cards, Asana tasks, or Notion items directly from the All Tickets view in the Admin Panel. This gives you even more flexibility in managing tickets, especially by helping you keep your ticket list clean and up-to-date and uncluttered. 

Advanced Access Control with Domain-Level Management

Manage Access Beyond Email and Forms

Access management has now been made easier and more flexible. You can now configure user portal access at the domain level, and this gives administrators the ability to manage who can register and access Hipporello Service Desk's user portal before email or form permissions even come into play.

This new improvement helps you manage user portal access form a higher level and prevent unauthorized sign-ups from unapproved domains. This also allows you to enforce company-wide access policies when needed with less manual effort.
