We're excited to introduce an exciting new feature to our Service Desk and Marketing Requests Power-Ups: Single Sign-On (SSO). The feature was designed to streamline the user access process to the portal.

With SSO, your customers' end users can now access their user portal with ease, using their existing Google or Microsoft accounts. With just a single set of credentials, users can securely log in to their portal, saving time and frustration.

By integrating with widely-used authentication providers like Google and Microsoft, our Power-Ups ensure maximum security for your users' accounts. This means peace of mind for both you and your customers, knowing that their sensitive information is protected.

Not only does SSO simplify access for end users, but it also enhances the overall user experience. By removing barriers to entry, SSO encourages increased user engagement and adoption of your service desk platform. Plus, with fewer login hurdles, users can focus on what truly matters: accessing the support they need, when they need it.

Single Sign-On (SSO) represents a significant step forward in user access for our Service Desk and Marketing Requests Power-Ups.

To give it a try and see the configurations available:

  • Click Hipporello Admin under the Hipporello button on your board

  • Go to Settings > Access Management > User Portal Access.

  • Toggle on/off the options available as you need.

The feature is available to all free and premium users and signing in with Google and Microsoft are enabled by default.
