We’re excited to introduce a brand new way to stay on top of all your support and service requests in Hipporello's Service Desk — All Tickets is here!

At Hipporello, our goal is to make service management seamless, organized, and flexible. Until now, while your tickets could be created via forms (embedded or on the User Portal), or Inbound Emails, the management of those tickets mainly happened within your connected task management tools — Trello, Notion, or Asana.

This worked well, but we heard the feedback of some of our customers who needed an easier way to view and manage tickets directly from Hipporello.

So we built All Tickets, which is your new command center for ticket management.

What is "All Tickets"?

All Tickets is a centralized space inside Hipporello's Admin Panel where you can view, search, filter, and manage every ticket created through Hipporello's Service Desk — no matter which channel it belongs to.

With the new feature, everything is now visible in one clean interface that helps you stay organized and efficient.

See every ticket in one place — Get a bird’s eye view of all incoming requests
Search and filter tickets — Easily find tickets by requester, status, or keywords
Easily track progress — Open, or resolved, always know where each ticket stands
View requester details and creation dates — Stay informed about ticket details
Export tickets — Easily export tickets to generate lists for reports or records
Stay productive without leaving Hipporello — Perfect for team members who don’t need to use Trello, Notion, or Asana daily.
