We’ve just rolled out two new features: allowing Trello board members to make internal form submissions on behalf of a client and making configurations to show agent's name in correspondence instead of simply using the word "Agent".
We’ve recently developed two new features: managing custom notifications from Hipporello and end-users sharing tickets with anyone through the portal.
In this release, we've fixed some bugs and made improvements regarding the ability to change request ID prefixes and Trello Board and Hipporello Service Desk synchronization. Another improvement is that now text and button colors on Hipporello details section of Trello cards are aligned with the portal page colors.
In this release (1.5.0), we have made some major improvements, and changes to the Settings menu. We have introduced quick texts which can be used as canned responses by support agents. Another key improvement concerns the language settings, where you can also edit the wording in your portal to your needs.
In this release (1.4.0), we have made some improvements, changes, and bug fixes. One key improvement is that new automation rules now apply to already existing Trello cards. Another is related to our new email consent settings that appear on sign-up for new subscribers and on the Hipporello menu for those who're already subscribed.
In this release (1.3.0), we have made some improvements, changes, and bug fixes. The key improvements are the newly added e-signature as a form field, our new cookie consent mechanism, and the email attachment on the card being optional.
