How can I fix local storage issue in my browser?

In order for Trello and hence Hipporello Service Desk to work properly, you must allow cookies and local storage in your web browser. Read on to see how you can check or change the settings for your browser and fix the issue:

Google Chrome/Chromium

If you’re using Chrome as your browser, you may know that cookies and local storage are considered the same thing here. So, by following the steps below, you can fix local storage and cookies issues at the same time.

  2. Select “Settings”.
  3. Click “Cookies and site permissions”.
  4. Click on “Cookies and site data”.
  5. Toggle on the setting for “Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)”.
  6. Toggle off the setting for “Block third-party cookies”.
  7. Next, scroll down to make sure that trello.com is not in your “Block” list. If it is, remove it from that list by clicking the trash icon.

If you do NOT want to enable cookies for all sites, you can still add admin.hipporello.com as an exception.
